AT&T users in the US won’t actually get everything iPhone 3.0 has to offer off the bat, like MMS and tethering. Why? Frankly, it’s apparently because AT&T dropped the ball on MMS and just hasn’t settled on a price tag for tethering (though Gizmodo reports that it could be as much as $70/month for unlimited data tethering).
